SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
For the delivery of orders placed on the www.conviv.it website, we use various express couriers, depending on the area to be reached and the best services offered, and according to the customer's needs in terms of the quality of the product sent.
The products purchased on the website shall be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
They will reach the customer's domicile within 48/72 hours. The order processing times are given purely as an indication, they do not in any case represent a contractual obligation, and may be longer depending on the number of requests. In the event of the customer's absence at the time of delivery, a notice will be left and the customer must personally contact the courier as soon as possible to agree on the delivery method. Vita S.r.l. shall not be held liable for delays in processing the order or delivery of the goods ordered (art. 1510 of the Italian Civil Code).
If the product is delivered damaged and visible from the outside, do not accept the goods from the courier and then promptly notify our customer service by sending an e-mail to info@conviv.it .
If the product is damaged when the package is opened, it is necessary to document it with photos and send them to info@conviv.it requesting intervention. In this case, we will bear all costs. From time to time we will decide whether to send a whole new supply or to supplement it only for damaged products.
In any case, we are available at info@conviv.it to deal with any problems and ensure that the customer has the protection he or she deserves.
