In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days of receipt, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty. In order to return the product, you must contact the customer service and inform them of your change of mind. Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will receive confirmation of authorisation to return the product and the procedure to follow. Once you have received confirmation of authorisation to return the product, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product you wish to return to the address:

Shipping costs will be charged to you and you can choose the courier you prefer.


Following confirmation by the manufacturer of the conformity of the returned product (undamaged product), the full amount of the order will be refunded within 14 days. If the product is not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund. 

Please note that products that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly cannot be returned.


If the product is delivered damaged and visible from the outside, you must not accept the goods from the courier and must notify our customer service of the refusal. If the product is damaged when the package is opened, it must be documented with photos and sent to requesting intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to send a whole new delivery or to supplement the damaged products only.




How will my money be refunded?

The refund is made directly to the credit card used for the order or to a PayPal account.
The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions, including currency transactions, are converted into Euros after payment has been made.

When will the refund be processed?

The refund will be processed as soon as we have the necessary information to evaluate the customer's request. 
Please note: if payment is made by credit card, refunds may take a few days to appear on your statement. The refund will be displayed with the description "Refund order #............ of ............ Authorisation code ............".
